Today was day 2 of a six day trip visiting shrines in Philadelphia, Emmitsburg, MD, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore. We also did a tour of the Gettysburg battlefield today. Pictured below is the third shrine we've visited -- the National Shrine of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton -- in Emittsburg, MD. It's a beautiful place, as you can see from the photos of the exterior and the interior of the basilica. Tomorrow we head for Washington, D.C.
