No coach trip today, so I drove a sports run for our sister company in one of their brand new IC RE buses. Nice -- much improved ride, very smooth-shifting transmission, and lots more power than the older AmTrans the IC buses replaced (IC Corporation is the former American Transportation Company, or AmTran, owned by International). I'm glad the company upgraded the new IC buses in a few ways -- radios, air suspension, etc. -- but there's still one major accessory they missed: no cigarette lighter! I don't smoke, but where am I supposed to plug in my laptop?! Well, I'm usually driving a coach, so I won't complain too much.
