It's a political year, in case you haven't noticed ... but one party you may have overlooked is the Constitution Party! They are having their National Convention in Valley Forge, PA this week to select their candidates and platform for the US presidential election. I spent the day yesterday driving a shuttle coach from the Radisson at Valley Forge to the historic areas of Philadelphia where members of the party who arrived early could tour the city. An interesting group of people, and they almost converted me! Following the walking tours they had during the day, and dinner at Finnigans Pub on Spring Garden Street in Philly, I did a driving tour of the city, stopping last at The Waterworks, located just behind the Art Museum on Kelly Drive. It was a beautiful evening; the photo at the right was taken from The Waterworks looking across the Schuylkill River toward Boathouse Row on Kelly Drive, Philadelphia.
