This is not so much of a topic as it is a question.  When traveling to NYC I come up I-78 through New Jersey.  We usually stop at the TA truck stop in Bloomsbury for the passengers to change and freshen up.  While doing that we usually fuel and get a bite to eat.  The last two times I have stopped, I have gotten treated really badly.  I do not like stopping there, but I don't know of any other place to stop.  Are there any drivers out there that travel that same route and can let me know of any other stops in the area or even closer to NYC.  Frown

Keep it safe out there, Joe

Unfortunately, because of a mix of preserved land and fairly densely populated areas there are not many food & fuel stops along I-78.

Fuelwise the Pilot at exit 12 has been refurbished, and for group food there's a Cracker Barrel at exit 15 in Clinton. As for hi-flow diesel and crowd-pleasing eats together, there aren't too many options east of exit 7.
