If they write a citation for the bus parking in a bus parking zone (I do not think they will do so) contact the state Tourism and the MSP barracks to clear this up. As a former state trooper from Georgia (we can read) I can't see these troopers wanting you or anybody else to complain when those rest areas have auto parking closer to the doors.
